I N F O R M A T I O N.

The Process.

All Formation. Co goods are designed and made by myself, in my London based studio. I make mostly all items to order, during my spare time. The piece you buy is not mass produced, which means there may be differences across the items. This is all part of the beauty of unique jewellery. I want you to enjoy wearing your pieces as much as I've enjoyed making them. If you have any questions regarding an order prior to purchasing, don't hesitate to contact me so I can ensure you're getting exactly what you want. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss a return or an exchange. Sorry, but I do not offer returns on sale items.

The Care.

I always use high quality, solid metal or clay materials in all my designs, no plating or coatings that will wear away over time or change colour. This means your jewellery is very easy to preserve and will last for as long as you wish. Brass is a reactive metal and may dull when not worn regularly. This gives a vintage patina visual that some may like, but for those who prefer a high shine you can gently buff it back to its original shine with warm water, liquid soap and a soft cloth. Sterling silver can also tarnish with lots of wear. It is easily cleaned back to its original state with a silver specific jewellery polishing cloth.

The Delivery.

We are a very small business and love what we do, but we have to work around a very tight schedule. It's never fun to wait, but please allow 1-2 weeks for me to craft the one-off piece you have chosen. Once your item is complete, you will receive a notification of payment via email. If you need something in a hurry, feel free to contact me and let me know prior to purchase and we will always do our best to accommodate. Please choose the delivery option you would prefer at checkout. I use Royal Mail recorded delivery which usually takes 2-3 working days UK and 1-2 weeks worldwide.
